I greatly enjoy the ability to have hands on experience to work with students who are coming to the U.S. for college and be able to directly assist them. It's rewarding to see how your time given towards this student can make their day.

It's definitely a lot of learning how to work with a variety of different people and developing your ability to work well with a team. This experience is what you put into it, so put in your all!
